- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
