Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and sugar.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apple mixture.
- Roll up the crescent rolls starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the baked rolls before serving.
