Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the diced apples with cinnamon and half of the caramel sauce.
- In serving cups, layer the graham cracker crumbs, followed by the cheesecake mixture, and then the apple mixture.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top of each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
