Buffalo Chicken Baby Bell Peppers are a delicious and spicy snack that combines the flavors of buffalo chicken with the crunch of baby bell peppers.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 baby bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Stuff each baby bell pepper half with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
