Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of brownie batter at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Add a few chocolate chips on top of the brownie batter.
  6. Roll the croissant from the wide end to the tip, forming a crescent shape.
  7. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
