Delicious and cheesy broccoli balls that are perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
