Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the yogurt layer.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Feel free to substitute blueberries with other berries if desired.
- For added sweetness, adjust the amount of honey to taste.
