  • 1/4 cup sugar (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth, then stir in the melted butter.
  3. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy and well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to blend thoroughly.
  5. Gradually add the flour, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries carefully.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Mix topping sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the batter.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
