Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. In a bowl, mix the crumbled blue cheese and chopped walnuts.
  4. Stuff each date with the blue cheese and walnut mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, combine honey and softened butter until smooth.
  6. Place the stuffed dates on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey butter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
