- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, etc.)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and black pepper, stirring until heated through.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Place the chicken and vegetable mixture on the tortillas.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
