- 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the pork in a roasting pan and add chopped onions and apple cider vinegar.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 4-5 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Shred the pork using two forks and mix it with BBQ sauce.
- Serve the pulled pork on slider buns and top with coleslaw if desired.
