Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
- Add the BBQ sauce and fold it in to coat all ingredients.
- Incorporate the cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
