Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
  2. Add the BBQ sauce and fold it in to coat all ingredients.
  3. Incorporate the cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
