Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, mixing until glossy.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Layer the sliced bananas in your baking dish, then pour the warm butter mixture over them.
- Spread the batter over the banana and sauce layer, leaving some banana peeking through.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
Notes
