  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 banana, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract, eggs, and mashed bananas, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in the banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
