- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, incorporating each fully before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the mashed bananas.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl, adding milk as needed to achieve desired consistency.
- Once cooled, remove the cake from the pan and frost with the cream cheese icing.
