Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Stir in the chopped parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once the squash is cooked, use a fork to scrape the flesh into strands.
  7. Toss the spaghetti squash strands with the garlic herb butter mixture.
