- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or cranberries)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the halved pears in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Drizzle melted butter and honey over the pears.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Scatter mixed berries and toasted walnuts around the pears.
- Top each pear half with crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter taste, swap blue cheese for feta. You can also use an air fryer for quicker cooking—bake for 15-20 minutes.
