Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a saucepan, bring the apple cider to a boil and reduce it to about 1 cup, then let it cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and reduced apple cider.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
