- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small loaves.
- Wrap each meatloaf with 1-2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the wrapped meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
