- 1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced ginger and garlic, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, bell peppers, and carrots; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken mixture in lettuce leaves, wrapping them like tacos.
