- 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
- Spread the apricot jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds and chopped rosemary on top of the jam.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, use honey instead of olive oil.
- Feel free to substitute the almonds with walnuts or pecans.
