- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the apricot glaze generously over the turkey.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Baste the turkey with the glaze every 30 minutes for extra flavor.
- Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with remaining glaze on the side.

- For a more intense flavor, marinate the turkey breast in the glaze overnight.
