  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the apricot glaze generously over the turkey.
  4. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Baste the turkey with the glaze every 30 minutes for extra flavor.
  6. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
