- 2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans.
- Spread the apple mixture over the cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the cinnamon rolls and apples.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the apple mixture.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
