Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  5. Fill the doughnut pan with the batter, about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
