Description

A delicious croissant sandwich filled with fresh arugula, creamy brie cheese, and sweet apple slices, perfect for a light lunch or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 Croissants
  • 4 oz Brie cheese
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread a layer of brie cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer the apple slices on top of the brie.
  5. Add a handful of fresh arugula on top of the apples.
  6. Drizzle honey over the arugula if desired.
  7. Place the top half of the croissant back on and press gently.
  8. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice in half, and serve immediately.
