- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce on top of the cheese.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing them together.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the pepperoni and add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
