Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the peanut butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg and mix until combined.
- Stir in the oats until evenly distributed.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
